Seamless Oncology Journey

One smart pathway for cross-border cancer care

Most international patients face disconnected steps and confusing middlemen. eCureTrip connects expert opinions, AI planning, travel coordination and home recovery into one continuous pathway before, during and after your treatment in India.

Active Stage

Smart Intake & Triage

Upload your reports. Our AI analyses them and a care navigator confirms your history on a brief video call.

Step 1 of 4

Accelerate Your Intake: The Readiness Checklist

To fast-track your case review and avoid administrative delays, please have these 4 items ready for upload.

1

Recent Clinical Reports

Biopsy & Pathology

Please provide your most recent biopsy (histopathology) report and discharge summaries from any previous surgeries or hospital stays. These confirm your exact diagnosis.

2

High-Quality Imaging

Our Radiologists need recent scan reports. If possible, have the digital DICOM files (scan images) ready to share via a cloud link for precise staging.

3

Valid Travel Documents

Patient & Attendant Passports

Ensure the patient and their primary companion have passports with at least 6 months of validity remaining to avoid delays during the medical visa invitation process.

4

Current Medical Status

Medications & History

A simple list of any chemotherapy drugs or medications the patient is currently taking, along with notes on any other conditions (like diabetes or hypertension).

🔒Data Privacy Guarantee: All documents uploaded to eCureTrip are encrypted and shared only with the verified specialists reviewing your case.

Common Process Questions

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about your treatment journey with eCureTrip.

How long does the visa process take?

Typically 2-4 weeks from application submission. Our eCure Command Center team handles all documentation and coordinates with the embassy. We ensure your medical visa application is complete and properly filed to avoid delays.

Do I need to translate my medical reports myself?

No, we handle all translation services. Once you upload your reports during the Smart Intake stage, our team ensures they are professionally translated and formatted for the International Tumor Board review.

Can my family members stay with me during treatment?

Yes, absolutely. Our eCure Command Center can arrange accommodation for family members, provide visitor visa support, and coordinate travel for your support network. We understand the importance of having loved ones nearby during treatment.

How quickly will I receive my Authorized eCureMap?

After your case is validated in Smart Intake, the Tumor Board typically reviews and finalizes your Authorized eCureMap within 3-5 business days. You will receive a detailed treatment plan, cost projection, and timeline.

What happens if my treatment needs change after arriving in India?

Your Authorized eCureMap includes contingency planning. If additional procedures or tests are needed, the same Tumor Board reviews the updates and provides an amended plan. All changes are transparently communicated with updated cost projections.

Is my medical data secure and private?

Yes. We use end-to-end encryption for all medical data exchange. Your reports are only accessible to verified medical professionals on the Tumor Board and treating physicians. We comply with international medical data protection standards.
